Founder and CEO Charles J. Morris – A man with a vision

Over the years, Charles J. Morris has not only made a name for himself in the field of vehicle wrapping but is also a passionate entrepreneur dedicated to the highest standards of customer service. At the beginning of his career, Charles worked as an Operations Manager in a Swiss company in the premium segment. However, he quickly realized that customer service was often neglected. This realization led him to take the leap into self-employment and found his own company.

His goal was to create an exclusive car rental company that put the customer first. This philosophy continues to run through all aspects of his work at Motive Experience GmbH to this day.

In the more than ten years Charles has now been active in the luxury segment, he has built up impressive expertise and a network of satisfied customers who trust his services. The high quality of his work and absolute customer satisfaction are his top priorities. Charles believes that no wish is too extraordinary and he does everything he can to fulfill his clients' requests to their complete satisfaction.
